Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational planning and coordination for CDM programs ensuring timelines requirements and customer activities are accurately tracked.

• Assist in preparing customer-facing materials internal briefs and performance summaries related to device lifecycle management and employee experience metrics.

• Help document standard operating procedures update knowledge bases and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

• Conduct research on market trends customer needs and best practices in hybrid work and digital workforce management.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Data Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Fluent in English both spoken and written
