The Role and the Team

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities applying analytical techniques to define needs and inform executive decision-making.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the current state of service delivery operations within Airservices including existing technology profiles staffing and operational risks and opportunities.
• Define evaluate and validate potential options (including as a result of cost increases) dependencies and strategic implications with key stakeholder to address identified needs and risks and communicate these through presentation of information and data to senior decision-makers.

This is a senior leadership role and will be part of the Capital Portfolio Management team leadership group.

The Person

What You Will Bring

• 10 years experience in strategic planning leading initiative development and contributing towards the creation and realisation of annual capital investment plans.

• Financial acumen and experience in investment prioritisation.

• Experience from ideation through to delivery to understand the nuances required to build robust Investment Cases.

• Exposure to large infrastructure technology and construction projects.

Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in investment management and/or service/operation planning and/or infrastructure project managements and/or infrastructure/service optioneering/value engineering.

Skills: Expertise in stakeholder management optioneering/problem solving and strong communication.

Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Mathematics Engineering Computer Science IT/Information Management and/or equivalent experience in ATC or major infrastructure.

Attributes: Analytical mindset adaptability and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
