Hours: Full Time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; On-call required
Non-Medical Care Manager

As a Care Manager heres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Assists the Administrator/Manager to establish and monitor compliance with policies and procedures to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develops evaluates and supervises a group of qualified employees.
- Monitors staff regarding adherence to established standards and procedures for current/new company sponsored systems.
- Supervises all service operations in compliance with all federal state and local laws and as well as all policies procedures of Interim HealthCare.
- Coordinates educates and contacts prospective and existing clients to assess their needs and reviews the Interim HealthCare full range of service resulting in the achievement of expected goals.
- Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing grooming toileting and elimination and adequate nutritional intake.
- Assists with ambulation transfers and/or range of motion exercises.
- Assists patient/client with incidental activities of daily living such as shopping meal preparation socialization activities homemaking and medication reminders.
A few must-haves for our Care Manager:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school graduate or equivalent and successful completion of a nursing assistant or a home health aide program or as defined by state law or regulation.
- Have experience or training in the home care industry or closely related personal care services.
- Previous experience supervising employees preferred.
- Must be able to work in the field as well as at a desk.
- Willing to take on-call.
