| | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | - Works with individual or small groups of students to reinforce learning objectives and standards.
- Assists with small group learning activities.
- Provides instructional support during online learning.
- Assists with the development of students social/emotional skills.
- Supports students in learning classroom/school routines and procedures.
- Provides supervision and a safe environment for students during structured and unstructured times such as lunch recess transitions loading/unloading of buses and any other assigned duties.
- Maintains a positive professional solution-focused demeanor at all times.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Willingness to substitute or perform duties as requested.

| EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE | - High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited post-secondary institution or career technical facility; or an Associates Degree; or successfully completed the ParaPro assessment.
- Some experience in working with children.
