LaGrange College seeks to fill a tenure-track teaching appointment at the assistant or associate professor level effective August 1 2026. The successful candidate must have a Doctorate in Education in curriculum pedagogy teacher leadership or related area; and documented accomplishments in educational research preferably related to PK-12 teaching. Experience teaching in P-12 classrooms or experience as an instructional and/or teacher leader is helpful but not required
The faculty member will be a respected teacher leader who will primarily teach courses at the EdD program level although there may be requirements to teach in other programs offered (B.A Ed.S.)as needed and as appropriate to their field(s) of specialization. The Master of Education (.) Education Specialist (Ed.S.) and Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction programs help classroom teachers improve their planning instructional and assessment skills.
