Job Summary

Summary: The attendant performs various functions related to the operations of the concession stand for York Preparatory Academy events. The attendant facilitates efficient customer service in the areas of concession sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of the concession stand
Training additional staff if needed
Open/close concession stand
Ensure concession area has proper displays and merchandise
Welcome guests
Take orders for food or beverage
Process cash payments
Operate food preparation equipment
Maintain a clean work area. Inform management of any maintenance or equipment concerns.
Inventory control properly stocked maintaining equipment and cleanliness after each event is critical for a successful concession stand.

Hours may vary depending on sports season and number of events scheduled in a week. Expect to work evenings and occasional weekends. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Salary: $15/ hour
