  • Bachelors Degree inEngineering and over five years of (5) years of experience inconstruction quality management within theregulated industry.
  • Certification in project management or a related field is preferred.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Availability: Fully On-Site
  • Experience in:
    • Preparing implementing and monitoring Quality Plansfor regulated federal construction projects (e.g. USACE/Government).

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop implement and continuously monitor theConstruction Quality Plan (CQP).
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company industry andGMP/cGMPstandards
  • Lead pre-construction quality meetings to align all contractors and project teams.
  • Perform routine and detailedinspections and auditsof construction work systems and installations to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Oversee and verifyall incoming construction materials equipment and products including review of Certificates of Compliance and material certifications.
  • Establish and enforceon-site quality standardsfor workmanship.
  • Document all findings accurately ininspection and test reports.
  • Manage coordinate and performfollow-up inspectionsfor non-compliant work ensuring all corrective actions/rework are properly implemented and documented.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all quality control activities and prepare regular quality reports for management.
  • Act as thecentral quality point of contacton-site.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to construction teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers engineers and contractors to address quality risks and ensure a smooth workflow.
