What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments (no prospecting).

• Learn and master our proven sales process through hands-on paid training.

• Present solutions that help customers upgrade their homes.

• Build relationships overcome objections and close deals.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Who Thrives in This Role

You do NOT need previous sales experience. This role is ideal for people who have succeeded in:

• Hospitality (servers bartenders hosts)

• Retail or customer service

• Call centers or appointment setting

• Home services

• Entry-level or B2C sales

• Event marketing or promotions
