On a daily basis you will
- Be responsible for the full candidate experience lifecycle from application to offer
- Be in charge of sourcing screening and interviewing the candidates making sure they are a match to the position
- Delivering a consulting/talent advisory service to the Hiring Manager and interviewers you are expected to be the subject matter expert in the technical market
- Partnering with the Engineering Managers Directors and VP
- You are responsible for guaranteeing a great candidate experience making sure the feedback is given in a timely manner and that we keep the SLAs and timeline for each recruitment
- We expect you to advise on market trends and candidates expectations
The skills you will demonstrate
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a technical recruiter mandatory
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment experience for technical and non-technical positions (both staffing agency and in-house backgrounds are valued)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Passion for helping candidates and experts find their dream position in a product-driven company
- Self-driven and autonomous who also loves being part of a teambouncing ideas and sharing knowledge
- Can-do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Great communicator with a collaborative mindset who values feedback both giving and receiving
