Assistant Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Lead CSR to provide exceptional support in managing a generalist book of business with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts. This is an on-site position offering an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in customer service and insurance to thrive in a collaborative and business-driven environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead CSR in managing a generalist book of business with a focus on transportation-heavy accounts
- Perform administrative tasks such as adding vehicles locations endorsements and light certificate work
- Check policies for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support in processing and managing client accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Follow directions and collaborate effectively with the Lead CSR and other team members
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or insurance roles
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail ability to follow directions excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
