Job Summary
The Role Te Mahi
We are currently seeking Chefs of all levels to join our innovative kitchen teams across our properties. Whether youre a seasoned culinary expert or an aspiring chef eager to learn there are opportunities for everyone. Your passion for food and creativity will play a crucial role in crafting dishes that reflect our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities Ngā haepapa
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality meals
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Adhering to health and safety standards in food preparation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment or a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and a passion for culinary arts
- Valid Right to Work in NZ
