Job Description:
Analyze interpret and visualize data to drive business process optimization and fact-based decision-making.
Perform a comprehensive analysis and proactively implement solutions to assess and enhance data quality and data reliability.
Develop maintain and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
Analyze system performance and process to perform optimizations.
Communicate performance status and improvement proposals internally within site base services management for client discussions and alignment.
Support the team on report for measuring KPIService Level Agreementand reporting.
Incident and reliability reporting(MTTR MTBF).
Project-to-service transition & availability modelling.
Root cause analysis & continuous improvement methodologies.
Participation in automation optimization & improvement projects.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the analytics field and share knowledge with the team.
Work effectively with otherEngineersTechnicians andOperational staff.
Thrive in an environment that prioritizes safety above all else.
Skills andQualification:
Minimumbachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of prior experience working as an Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Enthusiastic proactive driven and actively seeking opportunities for personal development and growth.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables macros VBA Power Query Power Pivot).
Knowledge on SQLandOracle database.
Basic scriptingorautomation(Python R) for analytics.
Familiar with ticketingandreporting systems for maintenanceservice.
Clientfacingandcross-cultural communication skills.
Project management & multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independentlyadaptability & resilience in dynamic environments.
