Job Summary
As a Machine Setup Operator-Level 1 here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our machining processes run efficiently safely and in accordance with quality standards while optimizing production schedules. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations to increase savings and better serve our customers.
In this role you will impact our manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth operation of our machining processes troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting production deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper alignment and calibration.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output and quality.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform precise adjustments.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Previous experience as a machine setup operator or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

The hourly range for this position is $45760 ($22/hr) - $48880 ($23.5/hr). Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
