Sr. HSE EngineerAnalyst – Site Digitalization & Automation (Relo Provided)

As a Sr. HSE Engineer/Analyst Site Digitalization & Automation here at Honeywell you will enable site teams to modernize HSE processes through digital tools and AI. It focuses on simplifying complex problems into tactical tasks using Intelex Tableau and Power addition the Sr. HSE Engineer may serve as a temporary fill-in for missing HSE roles at a site particularly where digital systems and automation are critical to operations.

You will report directly to our Director HSE and youll work 100% onsite at our Phoenix AZ and Tempe AZ facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with site teams to implement digital workflows for HSE tasks
• Use AI to break down large-scale issues into actionable site-level tasks
• Support Power BI and Tableau dashboard development for HSE metrics
• Assist with hybrid data source segregation and publishing (e.g. Oracle SharePoint)
• Create quality check and execute large data imports into Intelex to decrease administrative burden for sites
• Provide interim coverage for site HSE roles when needed
• Travel requirement: up to 50% (US/Canada)
• Relocation support may be provided

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3 years in HSE systems or digital transformation
• 1 years of hands-on HSE experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to document and track all direct time charges to projects

WE VALUE

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Safety Industrial Hygiene Engineering or Environmental Systems
• Familiarity with Intelex or other HSE SaaS systems SharePoint
• Experience with Intelex role configuration and task automation
• Proficiency in Power BI Tableau and AI tools
