SATCOM Military Operations Analyst

Title:

KBR has a new opportunity supporting the US Space Force Satellite Communications mission as a SATCOM Military Operations Analyst at Peterson SFB this role you will:

• Provide SATCOM planning technical support services and analytical help to integrated project team (IPT) supporting international partners.
• Responsible for providing support for activities required in the effective implementation management and direction of the USA responsibilities as identified in the applicable MOU.
• Support Project team and liaison(s) coordinating with users of SATCOM systems.
• Assist the OPM in the management of users of SATCOM systems DoD resources which are defined in accordance with Annex A (Resource Allocation and Sharing Provisions) of the applicable MOUs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation management and direction of the U.S. WGS Bilateral Operational Project Management (OPM) as part of the USA-AUS WGS MOU.
• Support all operational and technical aspects of the project by acting as liaison between U.S. Military Departments and users of SATCOM systems.
• Develop prepare deliver and present reports and briefing materials as needed for meetings corresponding to MOUs and Wideband Working Group (WWG) Project Status Review (PSR) Operations Support Working Group (OSG) Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) and Steering Committees (SC).
• Provide document reviews for technical papers point papers executive summaries and weekly activity reports.
• Support baseline resource allocation and tracking metrics on a weekly monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
• Support test activities including documentation and reporting.
• Assist in coordination of training activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to be considered for this position which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.
• BA/BS or 5 years experience 3 years in SATCOM (WGS DSCS MUOS).
• Demonstrated proficiency in SATCOM principles technical analysis and problem solving.

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site at Peterson SFB CO.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50%
• Working Hours: Standard

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40hrs

Basic Compensation:

$110000 - $120000

This range is for Colorado only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
