Position Summary
driven and strategically minded Sales Account Executive to expand our presence across Europe within the manufacturing and data analytics sectors. This role will focus on driving growth execution solutions and AI- and machine learningdriven analytics platforms that enable enterprise clients tooptimizeoperations improve efficiency and unlock actionable insights across their productionenvironments.
The successful candidate will combine strong consultative salesexpertisewith a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows digital transformation and data-centric decision-making. They will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers particularly within the dairy and alcohol industries building relationships with technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable operational value.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and revenue growth acrossEuropean dairy manufacturing markets focusing onmanufacturing execution and intelligent analytics software.
Develop an understanding and services and how the solutions addressclientsbusiness needs.
Conduct and lead sales presentations via web and in-personthat clearly articulate the value of each solution and service
Grow annual recurring revenue by achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets
Build relationships with new and targeted accounts; Become a trusted advisor who can point to Company solutions whenappropriate; become an expert inidentifyingchallenges our prospective customers face
Collaborate with cross functional internal stakeholders and business leads to negotiate sales and close deals
Develop a pipeline ofqualitybusiness opportunities
Identifypotential cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Create and implement long-range sales client strategies
Increase breadth and depth of enterprise accounts relationships
Develop and update strategic account plans
Conduct client executive review sessions
Forecast account revenue and pipeline opportunities
Partner with customer success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Leverage CRM solution for logging sales and account activities
Drive to and from customer or job sites while safelyoperatinga company-provided or personal vehicle and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations including no handheld phone use while driving
Lead orparticipatein other assigned projects
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Businessor equivalent
46 years of enterprise software sales experience ideally in manufacturing technology data analytics or industrial digitalization solutions.
Fluent in English and French
Understanding and ability to negotiate software and services contracts consistent with industry revenue recognition policies.
English at highproficiencyrequiredandasecondary EU language preferred.
This job requires 50% or more travel.
Advanced working knowledge of MSSuiteCRM systemsdata analysis systemsand email applications.
Must be able tooperatea motor vehicle safely and legally whilecomplying withall applicable traffic laws and company policies including the use of hands-free communication devices.
Mustmaintaina valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
