The Role
Myzone is embarking on an exciting journey of growth and were looking for a talented professional to join us on this next stage of evolution in the EMEA Region and lead on the growth of the Iberian territory.
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Myzones business within the Iberia region. Reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Sales this role will be primarily responsible for the revenue performance of the Iberian market through the implementation of go-to-market strategies that are aligned with the local market requirements.
The Territory Manager will collaborate with Senior Leadership Marketing Customer Support Finance and Operations (Supply Chain) teams to drive sustainable profitable growth. This position offers a significant opportunity for autonomous performance planning and individual success contributing to Myzones ongoing success and global expansion.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Working with a small team of Business Development Managers you will drive performance and revenue growth. - Identify and deliver on market opportunities.
Lead on the acquisition and growth of key accounts in the region
Manage relationships with existing key accounts in the region and implement strategies to support their growth.
Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise financial performance and customer experience in the region.
Manage costs according to budget and revenue performance.
Deliver financial performance to enable the recruitment of talent into the Iberia team that supports ongoing growth.
Support the wider EMEA BD team where required to realise opportunities across other European territories. - Sharing key opportunities developments and threats via HubSpot to drive continuous improvement.
- Actively supporting and participating in Iberian / EMEA events and face-to-face discovery sessions to expand your industry network grow brand presence and scale new license growth.
WHAT YOULL BRING:
10 years of sales experience preferably within the technology B2B2C or healthcare sectors with a preference for candidates within the fitness industry.- 5years experience in management and leadership within an international business environment.
- An interest in health and fitness regularly keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors
Strong analytical skills using data to identify patterns track performance and discover opportunities
Ability to thrive in higher pressure situations and be a self-starter. - Leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate people around you.
- Confidence in leveraging social platforms such as LinkedIn and X to build relationships share valuable insights and drive brand awareness with prospective and existing partners.
- A can-do attitude and drive to achieve both individual and wider business goals.
A high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) to work with internal & external stakeholders; challenging where necessary to find the best outcome.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Portugese and other European languages preferred
