Advanced Test Engr

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Test Engineer to join Honeywell Tianjin R&D team contributing to the development of industry automation instruments. This role will focus on instruments testing role: Design testing method build testing system testing and result analysis process optimization and other deliverables. The position requires close collaboration with global team and participation in cross-border technical coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Developing validating and performing functional test hardware qualification test for new and existing products of entire product line for industry automation system or instruments
• Developing and updating test plan/test case for products; Provide formal test reports according to the NPI program schedule requirement
• Identifying testability issues in product designs
• Work with design engineers for issue analyzing and debugging.
• Performing EMC test Environmental test Safety test and other reliability test or certification test
• Supporting project team training and field issue analyzing and fixing
• 为工业自动化系统或仪器仪表的整个产品线开发验证和执行功能测试硬件认证测试
• 制定并更新产品测试计划/测试用例根据新产品导入 (NPI)项目进度要求提供正式测试报告
• 识别产品设计中的可测试性问题

• 支持项目团队培训以及现场问题分析和修复

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree or above in Electronics Automation or related engineering disciplines
• 5 years experience in industry automation system or instruments
• 电子自动化或相关工程专业本科及以上学历
• 5年以上工业自动化系统或仪器仪表工作经验

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience using electronic test equipment and instruments
• Experience to build testing system for industry instruments
• Good experience to break down regulation to testing plan
• Knowledge of Electronics Automation or related engineering disciplines
• Good English communication capability and collaborative skills
• Global collaboration experience in matrix organization is preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Honeywell sites and customers
