DescriptionThe Operations Manager for Parking Services is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering parking-related projects that align with organizational goals. This includes overseeing project timelines budgets and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation of parking strategies and infrastructure improvements.
Compensation:$80000.00 - $85000.00annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
401(k) You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions dollar for dollar for the first 3%. For the next 2% ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets for parking initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Complete tasks as directed by the District Manager.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams contractors and external partners.
- Represent the organization in meetings with municipalities vendors and community stakeholders.
- Staff Supervision:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance and operations teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to local regulations safety standards and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor quality control throughout project lifecycle.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets track expenses and prepare financial reports.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Technical Coordination:
- Oversee installation and maintenance of parking systems signage and technology solutions.
- Coordinate permitting and approvals with local authorities.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues promptly to minimize project delays
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 35 years of project management experience preferably in parking services construction or transportation.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
Additional Information
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Occasional travel between facilities required all located in the Downtown St. Louis area.
