Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Logansport IN 46947
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $48/hr

Schedules (Two Openings):

Position 1: MonThu 6 AM2 PM Saturday
Position 2: TueFri 7 AM3 PM Saturday

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking reliable RNs for an occupational health setting. Responsibilities include clinical assessment emergency care first aid employee health support and documentation. Nurses must work independently manage health records conduct post-offer screenings support safety initiatives and maintain medical equipment.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational/non-occupational nursing care
Emergency response triage and minor first aid
Post-offer health assessments & accurate documentation
Maintain confidential medical records (HIPAA compliant)
Evaluate health concerns & coordinate follow-up/referrals
Support wellness and safety programs
Collaborate with site leadership HR and safety teams

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license (Indiana)
AHA BLS (Required)
Strong assessment triage communication & documentation skills
Occupational health experience OSHA familiarity (Preferred)
