As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in driving innovation optimizing manufacturing processes and achieving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies lead a team of talented engineers and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
- Lead and manage projects to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and cost process optimization
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
