Job Summary

For EHS services in the Manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:

Bachelors Degree and or an equivalent of five (5) years of experiencein Industrial and Constructionprojectswithin the regulated industry.
Bilingual (Spanishand English).
Good organizational and problem-solvingskills.
Shift: First (Monday-Friday) & according to business needs.
30hrs. OSHA Certification (General Industry or Construction)
Experience in:
- Contractors Programs
- Machine Safety - Manufacturing Processes
- Daily Permit
- Reporting
- JHA
- Toolbox meetings

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Provide program level governance support to a variety of Project leaders of management reviews monitoring of manufacturing activities developing and presenting performance metrics developing and delivering safety presentations.
Proactively engage with Project Directors to forecast programmatic and project level safety risks and work with teams to address emerging risks.
Assure complies with the national statutory health and safety requirements.
Where practicable implement best practice and lessons learned across each project.
Assure that all contractors are implementing our strategy and safe working practices on site.
Monitors leading and lagging indicators and escalates.
Support incident investigations.
Assist and monitor the development and completion of corrective actions.
Identify and implements safety initiatives.
