Job Summary
Expert (f/m/d) Campaign Management B2C
Vienna asap Vollzeit unbefristet- Analyze customer needs and segment existing customers to develop targeted customer retention measures.
- Plan and implement BTL campaigns that are individually tailored to different customer segments and increase their engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of your campaigns analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategies.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of customer loyalty measures.
- Use data-driven insights to develop personalized customer approaches and innovative in-life management strategies
- You have several years of experience in a similar position as well as in agile management and have strong data and analytical skills
- You are a strong communicator work collaboratively in a team and make sound decisions through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You have experience in commercial pricing & revenue management and are business fluent in German and English
