Job Title: Water Aerobics Instructor (Evenings & Mondays) Jim & Heather Gills Branch YMCA

Description: The Jim & Heather Gills YMCA in St. Petersburg FL is seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging water exercise classes. This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Ability to work evenings & Mondays.
Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics or prior experience leading water aerobics classes.
CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal listening and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds abilities and perspectives.
A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others.
Commitment to upholding the YMCAs core values.
Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test.

Pay & Perks: $22-$25 per class based on experience. Free individual YMCA membership and discount for family.

Work Location: Jim & Heather Gills YMCA 3200 1st Ave S St. Petersburg FL 33712.

*Level 2 background clearance and 10-panel drug test required.
