Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Information Systems Data Analytics or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in data management data governance risk management/analytics or related field
- Proven leadership track record with ability to manage delivery timelines and achieve organizational goals
- In-depth understanding of data management principles governance frameworks and lifecycle management
- Experience in data protection data quality and data classification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills translating complex data concepts into business strategies
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior audiences
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience managing large-scale data projects
- Ability to work collaboratively across Compliance Technology and Analytics teams
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity transparency and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Understanding of financial markets and market manipulative behaviors with ability to conduct regulatory reviews
- Experience reviewing trading activity for Compliance and familiarity with securities laws and regulations
- Knowledge of financial products including Futures & Options FX Commodities Equities and Derivatives
- Familiarity with trade lifecycles and order workflow
- Understanding of modern Lakehouse architecture (Databricks Glue) for optimizing data pipelines and architectures
- Advanced experience in data engineering and query processing tools
