Job Summary

This role will provide leadership expert technicalinsightand industry perspective in the creation delivery and integration of complex and comprehensive network and telecom solutions. This role will be leading a team of network and telecom personnelinall aspects ofoperationsand engineering.

Essential Functions

Act as the manager and leader of a team ofnetwork professionals administering the network of the organization including supervisingoperationssetting prioritiesand problem resolution
Serve as network subject matter expert and activelyassistteams in designing and deploying secure business solutions for medium tohighly complexproblems
Ensure proactive monitoring analysis and alerting of network and telecom resources for availability and capacity to ensure rapid resolution of issues
Act as a collaboration and escalation point within IT and Elevate for network related issues
Performadditionalduties as assigned

Experience and Education

3 years leading a technical team in a hybrid work environment
3 years supporting an Azure network environment
5 years supporting an Enterprise network environment
Strong experience with network monitoring tools including cloud based offerings.
Experience with supporting Firewalls Load Balancers and Wireless Network infrastructure
Experience with Network Routing
Experience with Coding/Scripting (Terraform preferred)
Experience with Network Security Best Practices
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a remote team environment
Bachelors degree in computer science or related area (optional)
