Location: Marion OH
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00am2:30pm (overtime as needed)
Pay: $20/hour depending on experience

Job Summary
A growing manufacturer in the Marion area is seeking a dependable CNC Production Technician to support machining operations for a variety of custom metal components. This role involves operating both CNC lathes and CNC milling machines in a dynamic job-shop environment.

Responsibilities
Set up operate and monitor CNC machining equipment (lathe and mill)
Load raw materials set tooling and verify machine readiness
Read and interpret blueprints part drawings and work instructions
Perform offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed
Inspect finished parts using micrometers calipers and precision measurement tools
Ensure all parts meet dimensional and quality specifications
Troubleshoot minor mechanical and tooling issues
Maintain production documentation and keep work area clean and organized
Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
Follow established shop safety procedures

Qualifications
Experience operating CNC lathes and milling machines (both strongly preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and verify tolerances
Strong measurement and inspection skills
Ability to adjust tool offsets and perform basic program edits
Mechanical aptitude; familiarity with G-code is a plus
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently
