We are looking for a disciplined detail-oriented analyst who thrives on independent work and critical thinking. This role requires both technical depth and creative problem-solving to navigate complex systems and abstract concepts. Success depends on the ability to balance speed and precision knowing when to move fast and when to ensure accuracy even in challenging situations.

Role Responsibilities:

AnalyzeNGL volumes production prices contract data and flow dynamics
Prepare monthly reports detailing regional supply & demand dynamics
Create unique and insightful data visualizations for complex systems
Communicate both technical and non-technical information to external and internal clients
Support senior analysts in product development and maintenance
Develop price hub forecasts and methodologies
Develop new products and tools for data analysis and manipulation

Salary range is $70000 - $80000 plus bonus opportunities depending on experience.

Requirements

Education/Experience

Bachelors Degree required. Technical/quantitative fields strongly preferred (Engineering Computer Science Data Science Math Economics Finance).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (automation VBA Power Query).
Experience with SQL and Python required; exposure to visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or lightweight web frameworks) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets automate repetitive workflows and build clean reliable systems.
Prior energy experience is advantageous but not essential curiosity and drive to learn quickly are more important.
Strong ownership mentality: able to work independently in ambiguous situations propose solutions and follow through with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary range is $70000 - $80000 plus bonus opp
