Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving hospital-employed orthopedics practice located on the hospital campus in Lawton Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a broad range of general orthopedic cases and will join an established orthopedic provider in a collaborative and supportive setting. The position includes 10 days of call per month competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including diagnosis surgical and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions.

• Perform a variety of general orthopedic procedures including trauma and joint-related cases.

• Participate in shared call coverage (approximately 10 days per month).

• Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.

• Participate in ongoing quality and practice improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Licensure & Certification:

  • Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.

• Experience: Experience in general orthopedics preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

• Skills: Strong clinical and surgical skills excellent communication and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation at or above MGMA median based on experience

• Quarterly wRVU-based bonus opportunity

• $50000 sign-on bonus

• $15000 relocation allowance

• $5000 CME allowance 5 days of CME annually
