Customer Survey Executive

Looking for full time work from now up until Christmas Based in York city centre we have a temporary need for people with excellent communication skills to engage with people and fact find - You must be out-going and enjoy speaking with people!

IMMEDIATE TEMP WORK
City Centre location
LOVELY HOURS of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Hourly rate 12.21ph chance of further hours and pay

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service on the telephone
Work on client campaigns carrying out market research on their behalf to their target market
Administer the results of your surveys
You will develop rapport on the phone
Be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
Good attention detail to update the system
Able to work in a team environment

Qualifications

Excellent people skills
Clear confident telephone manner
Proven Customer Service
Able to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
