What youll be doing:

Leading a team that provides competitive analytics and market intelligence
Managing research projects and ad-hoc analyses to guide strategic decisions
Identifying emerging trends competitor activity and new market opportunities
Participating in strategic planning sessions and influencing long-term goals
Developing reports and presentations for senior leadership
Driving process optimization to maximize ROI and efficiency
Promoting the use of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Our successful candidate will have:

Essential:

Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and levels
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Desirable:

Experience in competitive intelligence or market research
Background in business analytics within a B2B environment
Familiarity with statistical tools and data visualization
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
