Job Summary

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Podium is seeking a Handyman to join our construction team at our Ellesmere this role youll provide essential support to our on-site team as we build new projects where Podium acts as the Construction Manager. Please note this role requires the successful candidate to be part of Building Union of Canada.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate machinery (telescopic forklift boom lift skid steer) for moving materials around site;
Framing repairs;
Caulking tubs sinks and tile;
Drywall and paint repairs (sanding and patch work);
Trim repairs and installation;
Tile repairs;
Fire stopping;
Provide and operate a range of hand tools and equipment for work;
General labour tasks as required;
Other duties as assigned
