Job Summary
Job Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week MonFri (7:30 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $50$56/hr
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Hyannis MA. The therapist will provide high-quality patient care deliver therapy treatments and support the rehab team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and set treatment goals
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
Perform diagnostic tests related to muscle nerve and joint function
Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress
Document patient care and communication
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care
Support and guide PT Assistants Aides and students
Maintain safety quality and infection control standards
Attend meetings and training sessions
Keep daily records of patient activity and charges
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
Current BLS certification
Strong communication skills
Preferred:
Specialist Certification in a clinical focus area
Experience supporting rehab program planning and staff development
