We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care. Our client is a 31yo male with MS in Herriman Utah. Available shift is Thursday Friday Sunday 10am - 10pm and help with filling open shifts.
We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:
- Medication set up and oversight
- Tube feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Hoyer and wheelchair
- Wound care
- Companionship

- Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care
- Provide in home assessments
- Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates clientsfamily on plan of care health changes and concerns
- Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- Certified CPRCertification
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
