Job Summary
- Location - South of the River - Como
- Competitive Salary Salary Packaging (up to $18550 tax-free) 17.5% Leave Loading

Are you looking for a meaningful and fulfilling career opportunity Join Rocky Bays Supported Accommodation team in Como as a Lead Support Worker. Were looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives.
Must be able to commit to the ENTIRE following roster;
Lead Support Worker Roster 71 hours per fortnight
Week 1 Mon 1330-2130 Wed 0600-1400 Thu 1500-2130 Fri 1400-2130
Week 2 Tue/Fri 0600-1400 Wed 0630-1430 Sat/Sun 1230-2030
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Foster independence and community inclusion
- Create a safe nurturing and empowering environment
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic patient and adaptable to client needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in disability support (preferred)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Reliable and team-oriented
