This position offers a unique opportunity to explore how disease-linked proteins such as TDP-43 and tau interact with cellular pathways that govern phase behavior solubility and neurotoxicity. The fellow will apply state-of-the-art proteomic profiling (IP-MS and proximity labeling) molecular and cell biology and advanced imaging approachesto uncover protein networks that drive or protect against neurodegeneration.

The research environment provides access to world-class facilities including the Mayo Clinic Multi-Omics Mass Spectrometry Core Brain Bank and collaborative links to the neuroscience community at Mayo Clinic Florida.

The position offers an opportunity to work in a highly interactive neuroscience community at Mayo Clinic Florida with access to world-class facilities and other resources including the brain bank.
