Job Summary
Company/Location Overview
The Bottling Coordinator reconciles daily production enters bottling in ERP and cross-trained to handle bulk processing entry. Assist in maintaining records and provides communication support with vendors regarding equipment needs and problem resolutions.
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the bottling line to meet production targets.
- Monitor the equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to uphold product quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of bottles caps labels and other packaging materials.
- Document production data and prepare reports on efficiency downtime and quality metrics.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to project a professional image
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Detail Oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word Excel and Outlook)
PREFERRED
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Bachelors Degree
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work 8 hour shift
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
- In-person job attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Noise level at work station is moderate (business office with computer printers)
