Position Overview:
Bókun is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Community & Customer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand both online and offline to drive customer success engagement and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a Bókun Community: Youll develop and implement strategies to create a space where tour and attraction businesses can learn network and grow.
Drive Customer Success: Youll design and execute programs (webinars newsletters social content) to educate and engage new customers.
Fuel Growth Through Referrals: Our referral program shows promise but we need to take it further. Youll collaborate with product to enhance brand and product affinity driving a significant increase in customer referrals.
Social Media Champion: Youll develop and implement a content strategy to increase reach engagement and ultimately drive qualified leads.
Multi-faceted Marketing Expertise: Youll collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to integrate community initiatives into broader campaigns. Additionally youll seek to leverage Tripadvisors resources for co-marketing opportunities.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Youll proactively identify new trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
Deep understanding of how community engagement impacts customer satisfaction and business goals.
Experience with social media marketing strategies and best practices.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in community/customer marketing or a related field.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Can effectively prioritize tasks and adjust strategies based on community feedback and needs.
Proactively identifies challenges improves processes and challenges the status quo.
Has a keen interest in travel and technology.
A passion for travel and technology.
