About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Delivery Projects to lead medium-to-large customer projects from planning through execution and this role you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and according to quality and safety standards. You will lead and motivate project teams manage risks and resources coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for customers. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges maintain contractual compliance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Who you are
- Experiencedin leading medium-to-large deliveryprojects from planning to execution.
- Provenproject management experience with at least 6 years managing complexprojects.
- Bachelorsdegree in engineering or a relevant technical field or equivalent1015 years of experience.
- Certifiedproject manager (PMP or IPMA Level B/C).
- Strongleadership and team management skillscapable of leading cross-functional project teams.
- Skilledin managing budgets schedules and projectrisks effectively.
- Solution-orientedable to handle complex project challenges and implement recovery plans fortroubled projects.
- Fluentin Swedish and English with excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- Experiencedin coordinating internal and externalstakeholders including suppliers and customers.
- Knowledgeablein project execution standardscontractual compliance quality and HSE requirements.
- Highlyorganized proactive self-motivatedand able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Committedto delivering projects on time withinbudget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
What will you do
- Leadproject teams and oversee all aspects of project planning executionand control.
- Ensureprojects are delivered on time withinbudget and according to quality and safety standards.
- Manageproject risks deviations and claims implementing solutions torecover troubled projects if needed.
- Coordinateinternal and external resources including suppliers andsubcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Serveas the primary point of contact forcustomers maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Monitorproject progress financials and resource utilization makingadjustments as necessary.
- Ensurecompliance with company policiescontractual requirements and health safety & environment (HSE) standards.
- Overseeproject handover and ensuresuccessful project completion.
