The Opportunity & Contract Profile
This Outstanding academy requires a highly reliable and practical individual to maintain the daily security cleanliness and functionality of the school premises. The role is vital in ensuring a safe learning environment for the school community.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises.
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs (DIY basic plumbing/electrics) and assisting the Site Manager with maintenance logs and external contractor supervision.
- Presentation: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds are kept clean tidy and fit for use including setting up facilities for school events.
