We are recruiting for an exciting Sales Manager position in Tottenham Hale with a fast-growing industry-leading gym brand. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving ambitious business that offers fantastic prospects for progression support and professional development.
As Sales Manager youll play a key role in driving the clubs commercial success while helping create a vibrant supportive atmosphere for members and the team.
What will you be doing
Leading all sales and marketing activity from community outreach and corporate networking to driving engaging content across social media.
Delivering exceptional customer service nurturing existing member relationships and consistently achieving membership and revenue targets.
Taking a hands-on proactive approach to generating new business and leading by example on the sales floor.
Training motivating and guiding the team to hit targets and uphold the highest operational and service standards.
About you
This role would suit a strong confident salespersonfitness industry experience is welcome but not essential.
