The Role

We are looking for a best-in-class Product Owner who thrives on turning complex needs into clear requirements scalable products and seamless user experiences.

At Market Pay payments are our passion. From terminal laptop or mobile all the way to bank account settlement we cover the entire payment processing value chain and we want you to help us bring it to the next level of multi-tenant cloud-based payments.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients partners and internal teams to understand and formalize product requirements.
• Drive discovery activities and define product scope vision and roadmap.
• Translate complex needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Work across multiple initiatives (client-driven and roadmap-based) to integrate Market Pay solutions with major payment networks such as Visa Mastercard and others.
• Conduct gap analyses and identify product improvements.
• Promote reusability and productization across all features and domains.
• Guide development and QA teams throughout delivery to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Support and drive third-party certification programs when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product practices processes and methodologies.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst in a software development environment.
• Proven experience working closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in functional analysis requirements writing and understanding complex systems.
• Experience with EMV payment tokenization token service providers (MDES or VTS) and device wallets (Apple Pay etc.) is a strong plus.

• Excellent prioritization organization and multitasking skills you thrive under pressure and tight timelines.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to challenge refine and innovate product solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Valid EU work permit.
