As our Talent Acquisition Partner (with a focus on Commercial roles) in Berlin youll play a central role in growing JOINs go-to-market and operations organisation. Youll drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales Marketing Customer Success and Operations teams ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth goals. This is not just a sourcing role its an opportunity to build partnerships with hiring managers shape the candidate experience and directly influence JOINs commercial success.
Tasks
What you will be doing
Your work will directly impact how JOIN attracts and hires top talent. Heres what that looks like:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales Marketing Customer Success Operations)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
- Support all stages of the employee journey (onboarding development retention etc.) ensuring a seamless positive experience for every JOINer
- Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys review cycles comms tools) ensuring employee data is accurate updated and organised
Who you will work with
Youll be part of JOINs People Team collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation.
Youll also work closely with the Finance People Operations and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless high-quality recruitment experience for every candidate and stakeholder.
Requirements

34 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and creative outreach
Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
High attention to detail organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights
Bonus points for:
- Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
- Background in SaaS HR Tech or fast-scaling startups
