Athletico Physical Therapy is managed in ShiftWise Flex and contracts to join that program will be issued once the offer is extended and accepted by the traveler. All compliance billing and assignment management will take place in ShiftWise Flex. Location: 210 S Creasy Ln. Lafayette IN 47905-0763 Open to bill rates submissions but trying to stay at a max of $85 Prefers PTs with previous PT experience.
