Job Summary
Role - Lead SPM Developer
Location Charlotte NC
- ServiceNow modules: CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and CSDM
- Architect Design configure and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB SPM SAM APM/EA Discovery and Service Mapping
- Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g. scripting automation APIs)
- Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g. Ariba cloud services messaging platforms)
- Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization reconciliation and data certification
- Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
- Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT SIT and production validation
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
- Develop technical documentation runbooks and support materials
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
- Participate in deployment planning cutover support and post-go-live stabilization
