Hospice RN Weekend Williamsport PA

A hospice care organization in Williamsport Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to join their care team. This part-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $75000 comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment. The RN will provide skilled care and management of patient care plans while supporting patients in Williamsport and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in their homes across Williamsport and surrounding areas
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
Self-manage time and schedule to meet patient needs and deadlines

Schedule

Weekend shifts: Friday Sunday or Saturday Monday 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.
Occasional local travel required

Qualifications
Required

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Active Pennsylvania RN license
Minimum 2 years of hospice experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

Preferred

RN license number available for verification
