Primary Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central (WFC)
Kronos WFC modules (8.0): Workforce Timekeeper Accruals Attendance
Hands-on experience with WIM WDM SDM and configuring Kronos Clocks
Leading 2 full-cycle WFC implementations
Functional design configuration integration & testing
Strong problem-solving & stakeholder communication

Secondary Skills

Experience working with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
Understanding of global/multi-national workforce processes
Documentation & executive-level communication

Job Description (What Client Is Looking For)

Client needs an experienced UKG Workforce Central Consultant to implement and support Kronos WFC 8.0 solutions for a multi-national environment. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirements analysis functional design configuration integration and testing. The role involves configuring Timekeeper Accruals Attendance modules managing WIM integrations Kronos clocks setup via WDM and handling SDM activities. Candidate must be able to work with cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher
5 8 years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFC
Experience with version 8.0 modules and features (e.g. Navigators)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
