Based in Pune the CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team driving financial discipline enabling scalable growth and ensuring long-term profitability and compliance in the Indian regulations and global markets. Financial Strategy & Planning: - Develops and executes the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Leads annual budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning.
- Provides strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on mergers acquisitions investments and capital allocation
Capital Management & Fundraising: - Oversees capital structure debt financing equity raises and investor relations.
- Manages relationships with banks financial institutions venture capital and private equity firms.
- Optimizes working capital and cash flow management
Risk Management & Compliance: - Identifies and mitigates financial operational and regulatory risks.
- Ensures adherence to SEBI RBI FEMA and Companies Act regulations.
- Implements robust internal audit frameworks and SOX-like controls.
Team Leadership & Development: - Builds and mentors a high-performing finance team across accounting FP&A taxation and treasury.
- Fosters a culture of transparency accountability and data-driven decision-making.
Business Partnership - Collaborates with COO CTO and department heads to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.
- Support pricing strategies contract negotiations and profitability analysis.

- Chartered Accountant or proven experience in the matter
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- 3 to 5 years as CFO or VP Finance (A plus if in manufacture or metal manufacture industry)
- Proven track record in fundraising
- Experience in India market
- Deep expertise in Indian taxation transfer pricing and cross-border financial structuring
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems BI tools and financial modeling
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and big-picture thinking
- Strategic and results-driven mindset
- Able to communicate in English is a must
