Job Description:

Application Programmer will design develop test debug and document new and existing web applications while supporting and maintaining current systems. The role includes participating in team meetings providing technical knowledge transfer training documentation and mentorship. Responsibilities also include monitoring and improving software performance and collaborating with OTS and WLF staff to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Local candidates only.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Designs codes compiles tests debugs and documents new and existing web applications maintenance and support of existing application.
Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions.
Provide technical knowledge transfer training documentation mentorship and guidance to OTS and WLF staff for all requested work.
Monitor review and audit performance of the WLF software and make performance improvements.
Four (4) years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Any 3rd generation programming language (3GL)

Seven (7) years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

MVC
C#
Entity Framework
SQL Server
Recent experience developing applications in MVC architecture Core 2.x or 3.x
Developing interfaces with VueJS / Bootstrap
SSIS/SSRS
IIS
Scrum Methodology
Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices)
DevOps Practices (CI/CD)
Mobile App Development (IOS/Android)
