Job & Company Descriptions We are currently recruiting for a Transformation Analyst within a Shared Services environment. This role is ideal for an individual who is driven by data accuracy legislative compliance and continuous improvement. The Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in the organisations Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) scorecard performance Employment Equity (EE) compliance Skills Development reporting and overall transformation governance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data across all elements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare maintain and track audit files and support documentation for the annual B-BBEE verification.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and verification agencies to ensure deadlines are met.
Develop audit reports scorecards and recommendations.
Assist with planning and monitoring transformation projects and targets.
Maintain accurate B-BBEE records and certificates.
Compile CSI (Corporate Social Investment) data and prepare reporting packs.
Manage learner administration including registration attendance and progress tracking.
Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for Steercom and Social & Ethics committees.
Qualification and Skills Required:
National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics).
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Transformation B-BBEE
verification and Employment Equity.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Personnel Administration is advantageous.
Sound understanding of: B-BBEE Act and Amended Codes of Good Practice Skills Development Act Employment Equity Act Verification processes and audit procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Accuracy and data integrity focused.
Deadline driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
